Our Classes
Pilates
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Power Hour
Fast paced, military style, interval training class that incorporates calisthenics, running, strength, and agility drills.
Spin
Feed off the incredible energy in the room with a combination of endurance and strength building intervals. With a mix of fast sprints and heavy climbs all timed to the beat of the music, you’ll be counting down the hours till you’re back in the saddle once again.
Strength, Balance & Tone
Enhance your fitness with our Strength, Balance, and Tone class, featuring low-impact aerobics and light weights. This class is perfect for all fitness levels, focusing on building strength, improving balance, and toning your body in a supportive environment.​​​​​​
Stretch & Conditioning
A 45 minute class focusing on pre-workout as well as post workout stretching. This class will target all muscle groups, improve flexibility, range of motion and relieve stress. Expect to leave this class motivated and better prepared to face the everyday challenges life throws at you.
Yoga
Experience the benefits of Yoga at SYS, where our classes focus on enhancing flexibility, building strength, and promoting relaxation. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our supportive environment and skilled instructors ensure a practice tailored to your needs. Zumba
This is a fun filled hour of hip twisting, shoulder shimmying exercise set to high energy Latin and international music. This class is a great cardio class for all fitness levels.​​
Disco Sculpt
We are bringing the 70’s and 80’s back with this fun, upbeat combo class combining Disco dance moves with body sculpting exercises to tone and firm your body! Join Christine Lange, certified and experienced Group Fitness Instructor and get “Footloose” in the Summer!
