SYS offers a weekly schedule of classes for every level. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.
Barre combines all of the best elements of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness to give you a full body strength workout that is both challenging and energizing. Expect to burn out all muscle groups through dance inspired strength exercises, and the use of barres, weights, and more! No previous dance experience is required, and beginners are always welcome!
Move with Leigh in Cardio Power as she guides you through a variety of cardio and strength exercises. Intervals will keep you rotating between work and rest, challenging you throughout class. Work your way to a stronger version of yourself every Monday night. Beginners are always welcome!
We are bringing the 70’s and 80’s back with this fun, upbeat combo class combining Disco dance moves with body sculpting exercises to tone and firm your body! Join Christine Lange, certified and experienced Group Fitness Instructor and get “Footloose” this Summer!
High Intensity Interval Training, more commonly known as HIIT, incorporates several alternating rounds of high intensity exercises and rest periods. This class will consist of a variety of intervals and equipment, combining bodyweight exercises and strength training to challenge your cardiovascular and muscular strength simultaneously. Experience with high level cardio recommended.
Mobility & Flexibility
We achieve the benefits of Mobility and Flexibility by practicing techniques that help us function more efficiently while doing normal, everyday motions and activities. Stretching techniques will help us achieve better range of motion (ROM) and improve mobility through the body. This Mobility and Flexibility class will aid in improving ROM and help to prevent possible injuries.
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
Fast paced, military style, interval training class that incorporates calisthenics, running, strength, and agility drills.
Feed off the incredible energy in the room with a combination of endurance and strength building intervals. With a mix of fast sprints and heavy climbs all timed to the beat of the music, you’ll be counting down the hours till you’re back in the saddle once again.
Strength, Balance & Tone
Low impact aerobics & light weights. Great for all fitness levels!
Stretch & Conditioning
A 45 minute class focusing on pre-workout as well as post workout stretching. This class will target all muscle groups, improve flexibility, range of motion and relieve stress. Expect to leave this class motivated and better prepared to face the everyday challenges life throws at you.
This is a fun filled hour of hip twisting, shoulder shimmying exercise set to high energy Latin and international music. This class is a great cardio class for all fitness levels.
A specialty zumba program that combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party.
For this program we use Zumba Toning Sticks. Shake, rattle and rock your way to sexy, leaner muscles and a more sculpted shape.
