Our Classes

LIFT
LIFT is a strength-focused class designed to help you build power, confidence, and proper form using weights and functional movements. This class welcomes all levels, but be ready to work hard, lift heavy, and push your limits. Come as you are. Leave stronger than you thought possible.

Mat Pilates
This Mat Pilates class blends classic Pilates principles with the creative use of equipment and props, giving you a workout that feels much like a reformer session. You’ll move through low-impact exercises that build core strength, improve posture, and enhance muscle balance while also enjoying added variety and challenge. The mix of movements and tools keeps the practice fresh, exciting, and accessible for all levels.

Power Hour
Fast paced, military style, interval training class that incorporates calisthenics, running, strength, and agility drills.

Strength, Balance & Tone
Enhance your fitness with our Strength, Balance, and Tone class, featuring low-impact aerobics and light weights. This class is perfect for all fitness levels, focusing on building strength, improving balance, and toning your body in a supportive environment.​​​​​​

Stretch & Conditioning
A 45 minute class focusing on pre-workout as well as post workout stretching. This class will target all muscle groups, improve flexibility, range of motion and relieve stress. Expect to leave this class motivated and better prepared to face the everyday challenges life throws at you.

Yoga
Experience the benefits of Yoga at SYS, where our classes focus on enhancing flexibility, building strength, and promoting relaxation. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our supportive environment and skilled instructors ensure a practice tailored to your needs. Zumba
This is a fun filled hour of hip twisting, shoulder shimmying exercise set to high energy Latin and international music. This class is a great cardio class for all fitness levels.​​

Disco Sculpt
We are bringing the 70’s and 80’s back with this fun, upbeat combo class combining Disco dance moves with body sculpting exercises to tone and firm your body! Join Christine Lange, certified and experienced Group Fitness Instructor and get “Footloose” in the Summer!

Urban Drums
Where music, muscle, and motivation collide. Looking for a workout that’s energizing, empowering, and totally unique? Urban Drums Fitness™ by Christine Lange is a high-energy, full-body experience that blends strength training with heart-pumping cardio — all set to the rhythm of the beat!
