Our Cheer Program focuses on the fundamentals of cheerleading, including motions, jumps, chants, and dynamic choreography. Participants build confidence, coordination, and teamwork in a high-energy and supportive environment — perfect for beginners and young cheerleaders developing their skills!

Join the SYS Cheer Program! The season kicks off with four in-studio practice sessions (9/13–10/4), where participants will learn cheers and routines. Then, from 10/11 through the Flag Football Super Bowl on 11/22, our cheerleaders will bring the spirit to the field by cheering at SYS Flag Football League games.
