Fencing

This is a mixed level class designed for beginners and intermediate fencers. Students will be grouped according to age, level, and equipment. Beginner students will learn the basics, safety, rules, and the etiquette of the sport. All three disciplines (equipment: foil, epee, sabre) will be introduced. Experienced fencers will continue to build on their skills and explore more advanced techniques and tactics. Usual class format: warm-up, footwork, bladework, tactics & technique, bouting.
