SYS is offering a core yoga class focusing on strengthening abdominal muscles for balance and alignment. A core focused yoga class will translate into better posture and the ability to carry your body in the best way possible for your health and comfort.

Gentle yoga is a smooth moderately paced class geared towards soft
stretches that are kind to students of all ages and levels.

Melanie teaches a spiritually grounding practice through movement, alignment, attention to breath and mindfulness. She is very grateful to be teaching the art of yoga. – Namaste

 

     $5 for SYS Fitness Members, $10 for SYS members, $15 for non members
