Gentle yoga is a smooth moderately paced class geared towards soft
stretches that are kind to students of all ages and levels.
Melanie teaches a spiritually grounding practice through movement, alignment, attention to breath and mindfulness. She is very grateful to be teaching the art of yoga. – Namaste
