Stroller Strides Workout

 

Stroller Strides is a FULL BODY work out. This program is designed to get mommies into the best physical and mental shape of their lives, all the while singing, tickling and laughing with their wee-ones! It is a mommy and me fitness class. Each class consist of a one-hour total body workout, complete with walking/jogging intervals, body toning and strengthening components using the stroller, exercise tubing and the environment.
