Kidz Club
Starting September 13
.......3:30pm to 6pm...
Monday through Friday (excluding early dismissal & school days off.)
......................Follows Southampton Public School calendar.
Kindergarten—8th grade
Transportation available from Southampton Elementary & Intermediate Schools to the Rec Center 1-5 day a week options. About $8 a day. Payment plans available. Snack time, homework time, sports, games, dodgeball, crafts, and all around fun! Kids can be dropped off at SYS if transportation is full or if better for your family. Must be signed up for more than one week to be eligible for transportation. Must be signed up 48 hours in advance of when you first need transportation.
Kids can be dropped off at 4:30 to join the program $5 drop in.

Kildare Academy of Irish Dance

The mission of the Kildare Academy is to promote the beautiful art of Irish Dance. This is a great opportunity for new Dancers to learn the basic elements of Irish Dance while improving their body control, timing, rhythm skills, and so much more while having fun!
Owner /Director Nicole Marie is and award winning dancer who has competed Regionally, nationally and internationally. Nicole is certified by An Coimisiun le Gaelacha in Dublin Ireland .

Boot Camp

boot camp has moved outdoors for the next couple of months. This is a fast paced military style interval training class that incorporates calisthenics, running, strength and agility drills. It is intense and fun, yeilding quick results for the fitness enthusiast.
Boot camp is not for beginners, or those with high or low blood pressure. paticipants move at their own pace and should give their bodies time to adjust to the nw experience. This class is the most rewarding and effient was to work out.
8 week session is $100 for Fitness & SYS Members
$150 for non-members.
