SNAG® stands for "Starting New at Golf". It is a fun game that is easy to learn and can be played anywhere. SNAG® contains all the elements of golf but in a modified form.
• SNAG® allows for full shots, pitching, chipping, and putting

KIDZ Club After School Program
Weekdays, 3:30 - 6 pm
Begins September 7, 2011
A supervised, safe and fun after school club for children K-8th grades. Daily homework help and laptop computers are available. Children are grouped by age and grade. Snack available for purchase.
Safe transport to classes (e.g. Karate, Gymnastics, Tennis, Dancing and Seasonal Sports)

The New York San Ten Traditional Karate Institute has become a region for the American Amateur Karate Federation (AAKF). All the students will have access to world renowned instructors, can participate in Regional and National Karate Events as well as a chance to make the American team for the ITKF World Championships.

SYS Biggest Loser Weight Loss Club

Open to anyone 14 years and older who is looking to lose weight in a safe and friendly environment.
• Weekly weigh ins
• Spin and fitness class held just for Biggest Loser Members (or pass for member to take class)

• Personal Trainer available to help you get familiar with the fitness center

Boot Camp
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:30 am
This is a fast paced, interval training class that incorporates calisthenics, running, strength and agility drills. It is intense and fun, yielding quick results for the fitness enthusiast.
• Boot camp is not for beginners, or those with high or low blood pressure
• Participants move at their own pace and should give their bodies time to adjust to the new experience

Works to tone muscles using your own body and gravity as resistance.

The Mattes Method which includes a technique known as Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is particularly targeted at the building & maintaining the strength and flexibility necessary for a lifetime of activity.
• AIS consists of slow, rhythmic stretching for only 11/2 seconds, returning to rest and stretching again
