Utilizing floor work and light weights, every muscle will be worked! This is a great class for people of all fitness & ability levels!
Pilates
Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am
Basic mat pilates class. Works to tone muscles using your own body and gravity as resistance .
Yoga
Improve your mind, body and spirit through easeful, yet invigorating Yoga Postures, energizing breath work and relaxing meditation practice> Gain overall strength and flexibility, as well as reduce tension in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. $10 per class paid directly to the instructor.

The SYS Fitness Bootcamp class has come indoors for the winter months. You experience a fast paced military style interval training class that incorporates calisthenics such as push-ups, jumping jacks, sit-ups, running and agility drills. It is intense and fun, yielding quick results for any fitness enthusiast. Bootcamp is not for beginners or those with high or low blood pressure. Participants move at their own pace and should give their bodies time to adjust to the new experience. This class is one of the most rewarding and efficient ways to work out.
Zumba
Mondays
Wednesdays and Fridays @6:00 pm
A Hip twisting, shoulder - shimmying class set to high energy latin and International music. Feels more like a dance party than a "workout"!
for all ages & fitness levels. No dance experience required.

Looking for a Personal Trainer?
An SYS Personal Trainer will customize a program to fit your needs, budget and schedule. Some people may want to use a trainer several times a week. Others may just want an occasional check-in with a trainer to get feedback. It's all up to you.
