Cardio Blast

Saturdays 9:00am

Intervals of cardio and strentht training

Strength, Balance & Tone

Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30am

Saturdays 10:15am

Low impact aerobics and light weights.

Get Fit Class

Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00pm

aerobic, strenght training intervals, and strengthing excerises.

Total Tone

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:00pm

Utilizing floor work and light weights, wvery muscle will be worked! This is a great class for people of all fitness & ability levels!

Adult Hip Hop

Wednesdays

Beginner - 6:30pm

Intermediate 7:30pm

Dance set to an aerobic temo where you will learn mdern "hip" moves and combinations designed to get your heart rate up.

Yogalates

Tuesday 12:30

Wednesday 6:30

Blend of Yoga and Pilates

Emphasis will be on strenthening core muscles. Must bring own yoga mat.

Pilates

Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am

Basic mat pilates class. Works to tone muscles using your wown body and gravity as resistance .

Yoga

Improve you mind, body and spirit through easeful, yet vigorating Yoga Postures, energizing breath work and relaxing meditation practice> Gain overall strength and flexibility, qas well as reduce tension in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. $10 per class paid directly to the instructor.

Spin Classes available 7 days a week!

Classees are $5 for Fitness Memebers, $10 for SYS Members ;$15 for non-members.

The SYS Fitness Bootcamp class has come indoors for the winter months. You expierence a fast paced military style interval training class that incorporates calisthenics such as push-ups, jumping jacks, sit-ups, running  and agility drills. It is intense and fun, yielding quick results for the any fitness enthusiast. Bootcamp is not for beginners or those with high or low blood pressure. Participants move at their own pace and should give their bodies time to adjust to the new experience. This class is one of the most rewarding and efficient ways to work out.

 

Zumba

Wednesday & Fridays

A Hip twisting, shoulder - shimmying class set to high energy latin and International music. Feels more like a dance party that a "workout"!

for all ages & fitness levels. No dance experience required.

8 classes - $25 for fitness members

$50for SYS members

$75for non-members.

$5,$7, or $10 drop in fee.

 

Looking for a Personal Trainer?

 

An SYS Personal Trainer will customize a program to fit your needs, budget and schedule. Some people may want to use a trainer several times a week. Others may just want an occasional check-in with a trainer to get feedback. It's all up to you.
