Adult Hip Hop Wednesdays 6:45-7:45 Beginners Class 7:45-8:45 Intermediate Class Adult Hip Hop is a beginner to intermediate level of dance set to an aerobic tempo where you will learn modern "hip" movesand combinations designed to get your heart rate up and your rhythm "hopping." Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Taught by A&G Dance Co. Free for Fitness Members $7 for SYS members or $10 for non-members Spin Class An aerobic exercise class that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle.
