Spin Class
An aerobic exercise class that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle. Burns lots of calories and tones your legs! $5 for Fitness members, $10 for SYS members, $15 for non-members. Packages & special memberships available. Space is limited! Reserve your spot with the front desk.

Sundays- 9am with Lisa
Mondays- 8:30am with Christy
Tuesdays- 8:30am with Matt
Wednesdays- 8:15am Spin & Tone with Christy
Thursdays- 8:30am with Christy
Fridays- 8:30am with Matt
Saturday- 9am with Christy


Strength, Balance, & Tone
Mondays & Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am
Saturdays 10:15-11:15am
Free for Fitness Members; $7 for SYS members; $10 for non-members

Light weights & balancing exercises to work the entire body. Great for people of all fitness levels.
