Adult Hip Hop
Wednesdays
6:45-7:45 Beginners Class
7:45-8:45 Intermediate Class

Adult Hip Hop is a beginner to intermediate level of dance set to an aerobic tempo where you will learn modern "hip" movesand combinations designed to get your heart rate up and your rhythm "hopping." Wear comfortable clothes and sneakers. Taught by A&G Dance Co.

Full Day 9am-4pm $300

Campers should wear clothing that is comfortable and allows freedom of movement and bring a lunch daily.

Spin Class
An aerobic exercise class that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle. Burns lots of calories and tones your legs! $5 for Fitness members, $10 for SYS members, $15 for non-members. Packages & special memberships available. Space is limited! Reserve your spot with the front desk.

Strength, Balance, & Tone

Light weights & balancing exercises to work the entire body. Great for people of all fitness levels.


Total Tone
Total Tone with Robin Bush

This class is designed to work your entire body. Utilizing floor work and light weights, every muscle will be worked! The class emphasizes fluid movement so that you are working your body in a safe way. This class is a great class for people of all fitness & ability levels! A great workout on any level. Class meets twice a week. Monthy Fee: SYS Member $50, Non-member $75. Drop in fee $7 or $10.


Water Aerobics
Tuesday through Friday mornings 9:30-10:15am

No class August 11-14

Free for fitness members

Yogalates
Wednesdays 6:45-7:45pm

A perfect blend of Yoga and Pilates. Emphasis will be on strengthening core muscles. Bring own yoga mat. Tuesday classes run the same time as Rhythm Recreation for pre-school parents! Taught by A&G Dance Co.
