Boot Camp
Mondays and Thursdays 7am
Tuesdays 5pm

An outdoor, fast paced military style interbal training class tht incorporates calisthenics, running, strength, and agility drills. It is intense and fun, yielding quick results for the fitness enthusiast. Boot Camp is not for beginners, or for those with high or low blood pressure. Participants move at their own pace and should give their bodies time to adjust to the new experience. This class is one of the most rewarding and efficient ways to work out. All participants need to bring a mat and a water bottle. Please wear appropriate sneakers and workout clothes that you do not mind getting dirty! Questions contact Christy 287-8740

Irish Dance
Tuesdays
4-4:30pm Tir Na Nog - 3-5 years old
4:30-5:30pm Class 1 - ages 5 and up
5:30-6:30pm Class 2 - 2nd year dancers

Pilates
9:30-10:30 Tuesdays & Thursdays

Basic mat pilates class.

Free for Fitness members
$7 for SYS members
$10 for non-members


Spin Class
An aerobic exercise class that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle. Burns lots of calories and tones your legs! $5 for Fitness members, $10 for SYS members, $15 for non-members. Packages & special memberships available. Space is limited! Reserve your spot with the front desk.
