Boot Camp Mondays and Thursdays 7am Tuesdays 5pm June 29-August 20 Rain or Shine! An outdoor, fast paced military style interbal training class tht incorporates calisthenics, running, strength, and agility drills. It is intense and fun, yielding quick results for the fitness enthusiast. Boot Camp is not for beginners, or for those with high or low blood pressure. Participants move at their own pace and should give their bodies time to adjust to the new experience. This class is one of the most rewarding and efficient ways to work out. All participants need to bring a mat and a water bottle. Please wear appropriate sneakers and workout clothes that you do not mind getting dirty!
